Returns Policy

Abbie & Hüsen Swim offers exchange only. If you're eligible for an exchange, you will receive a store credit. This will allow an exchange for the correct size, colour or style.
 
Conditions of exchange:

  • Exchange can only be offered for goods purchased on our website.
  • Items purchased must be returned within 10 days of arrival.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received: hygiene sticker still attached, A&HS swing tag and original packaging.
  • A&HS is not liable for the shipping costs to exchange or return items as well as any loss of goods due to shipping.
  • All items purchased during sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
Please keep in mind we do not make any exception to refund if you’re preferred item is out of stock. The issued store credit may need to be used on a different item if this is the case.
 
Please note store credit is valid for three years.
 
Refunds will only be offered if item is deemed faulty by A&HS. If this occurs please get in touch at info@abbieandhusenswim.com.
